Abstract

This study aimed to identify the risks management on the insurance sector performance in Sudan and the Islamic insurance company and the risks which face the insurance sector in Sudan, the reasons of these risks and its treatments, identifying the impacts of these risks, realizing the role of risks management to reduce such loses.  The hypotheses of the study represented as; there is a relation between the risks management and maintaining the financial position to the Islamic insurance company besides the impact of economic situation on insurance companies and there is statistical relation implication between the risks management and the competitive position of the Islamic insurance company.  The study used the descriptive and the analytical methodology since it is suit the study because it describes phenomena and incidents the issue of the study which through it hypothesis is tested,.  Moreover there is great role to use the technology in risks management and identifying danger, in addition to that the company owns good organizational structure its only need to raise some sections to administrations for its importance such as risks management department and reduce loses department.  Also the analysis and studying proved that there is a continuous increase in the volume of securitization according to the years of the study in addition to that all years of has insurance surplus and there is no shortage.  The study recommends holding educational symposiums about important risks which the insured assets may face and the important ways and techniques to control it then avoid it, also the researcher recommends distributing some of insurance surplus to subscribers to satisfy the company clients.  Furthermore study recommends that the reinsurance department should be one of risks management departments and not other way around
